AC Lloyd Commercial have exciting plans to bring forward new business units adjacent to Holywell Business Park in Southam.

Background

The site comprises of arable land and extends to approximately 7.4 hectares (18 acres). It is situated between Leamington Road (A425) to the north, the route of HS2 to the south and the existing Holywell Business Park to the east.

The site has few constraints to development being within an area of low flood risk and having no environmental or heritage designations.

The proposal is made in direct response to the emerging Site Allocations Plan being prepared by Stratford-on-Avon District Council This contains a new policy which supports new local employment sites to help create jobs and meet the needs of local businesses.

The emerging Southam Neighbourhood Plan does not yet include any proposals for new business space but the proposal is designed to not conflict with this emerging policy.
